Citrus Bioflavonoids

Citrus bioflavonoids are a family of compounds that include  hesperidin (a glycoside of the flavanone hesperetin), quercitrin, rutin (two glycosides of the flavonol quercetin), and the flavone tangeritin. Most of these compounds display anti-inflammatory effects, particularly quercetin.
