Quercetin

Quercetin is a flavonoid found in many fruits, vegetables, leaves, and grains. It has been found to modulate the inflammation response by reducing prostaglandin D2 production1 and inhibiting calcineurin2.

In one study quercetin was found to “significant decrease of inflammatory mediators produced by peritoneal macrophages, ex vivo and in vitro.3
